Blog Post 3: Video Exterior Wash: Paisley Gets Her Groovy Back // 1963 Kenskill
You know a new owner when she misspells the make of the trailer on her first 3 video title cards. How did I get Kenskill with a “t” — Kentskill???? :( Oh well bring on the trolling…
…from Blog/Video 4 it will be corrected . Won’t be my first mistake when it comes to this restoration and the write ups about it. LOL

Paisley lived for 10 days with the guys at Baja Trailers. Bob said that the axle would need replacing since if anything happened on the road it was so outdated that nobody would be able to fix any issues out on the road because there are no parts avail. He checked back with me a couple of times to be sure I wanted to spend the money - I assured him that I have a goal to restore this ‘63 and starting from the wheels up was required and in plan. I’ve attached below all that was done (hit me back with questions and or a request to see the detailed costs) On MON OCT 26 my cousin hitched her up and we rolled her down the road to her new address.
I’m so happy with how she looks without the old carpet and ratty curtains - the first things I ripped out (I numbered and saved the moldings) . I also spent approx 4 hours cleaning out the under cabinet areas of mouse houses. So far no huge surprises. I’m super pleased with the floor, no soggy areas. Pulled out the furniture - thankfully no surprises there either. Spent a few hours giving her a soapy scrub and spray down - She’s gorgeous. We are so lucky to have the fiberglass shade, but when it’s removed the windows are so impressive!!
Further closer interior inspection and disassembly to follow. Stay tuned.
